Many of you might be suffering from slow internet connectivity. In every day, if you try to download a big file of 5, 10 GB, it will take ages to download at 100-200 kbps. But with the help of applications like IDM, you can download files at its maximum speed(except if it is already) in most cases. It's available on both Windows and Android/IOS platforms. Windows' name is IDM and Android's name is 1DM.
So, it works in the division. For example, if you download a 5 GB file with it. It will divide that into 5 parts, each 1 GB. So, your download speed will remain as it is provided by your ISP but you will download faster. It will merge all parts in the end.
You simply need to grant access to it what it says. Then it will merge to your browser in PC. And download anything. So logically, it doesn't boost your Internet speed but it will increase the load on your internet. Sometimes it doesn't work but in some cases only.
