The Dark Knight Rises - End of an era

Batman has been very popular in pop culture because of his badass style, dialogues and nature. He is a dark, gritty and suspenseful character. Nolan portrayed his nature accurately. There is a law that every substance has a counterpart. Bane is the equal of batman.

The Dark Knight Rises is rightful anticipation of Bane. Batman is just too strong for any human villains. But Bane is just too strong for Batman.

So, the movie takes place after the events of the Dark Knight. Bruce Wayne is still in trauma after what happened. Now, here comes Selina Kyle aka Catwoman. She is a thief and confronts Bruce many times.

Bane's entry in the movie is just intelligent and iconic. The whole plane sequence is greatly filmed.

Although Bruce has left Batman. He still has to become Batman just to stop Bane.
Nolan initially had ideas to return Joker but it was abandoned after Heath Ledger's death. He chose Tom Hardy for Bane's role and it turned out to be a great decision.

The movie connects more to the first movie than the second one. The Rise, Fall, and Rise again- these are the keywords for Nolan's trilogy. Every movie has a deep meaning.

The movie had some generic fights that were not too bad and some great ones too. Nolan is a master of cinematography so every scene is eye-catching. Most fights were averagely choreographed and I think they didn't show batman's beast mode. Probably Nolan himself choreographed them that's why. He wanted to focus more on the story. But this was the only negative point of the movie.

The first time when Batman confronts Bane was the best part. Both rose from the dark. That was the fall for batman.

The final fight between Bane and Batman felt short and ( I think) Batman was nerfed in the fight. He didn't even stand a chance against Bane.

So, this was a great wrap to the Batman trilogy and slightly hinted at the rise of another character which we never got.

And my most favourite moment is the restaurant scene. Bruce and Alfred's subtle nod is alone enough to make it the best trilogy. And I liked this more than the Dark Knight.

So, yes this was it! Tell me whether you have watched it or not in the comments.
