GTA V: Overrated

Grand Theft Auto V, stylized as GTA V is action, adventure game set in the open-world environment. In 2013, probably the highly anticipated game was released. Everyone was expecting it to be the greatest game. Wait, it isn't. You can't play a game without having aliveness, vibrancy in it. But still, it made 6 billion US Dollars till now.

Rockstar Games put 6 years of work in the development of this game. GTA V has good visual as per that time. The story is long and somewhat boring but also interesting because of the choices feature. Things that I didn't like are gameplay and limitations to go anywhere, vast but empty world. They could do better.

(Compressing the story) Coming to the story, some people loot a bank. One of their colleagues is killed by the police. But they succeed to escape. There we see two of the main protagonists, Michael and Trevor. It was a flashback. 

Present time: Franklin(third protagonist) is a low rated criminal who does usual stealings. He meets Michael and they both execute bank-theft with the help of Lester.

Meanwhile, Trevor comes to know that his friend Michael is alive and thinks that he played with him. He meets Michael and eventually pardons him. Ever since they do thefts and makes enemies.

In the end, you have three choices:

Story has potential but not that gripping like GTA: SAN ANDREAS. They only tried to make a mimic of it. 

Completely ignoring the fact that the open world game should have, resulted them into heavily criticizing. I dropped the game in the middle as it was so empty. You can't do anything beside roaming madly. I haven't played the online version so can't tell on it.

Euphoria Physics is not so much satisfying as GTA:IV. Underwater world has made comeback. It's detailed, many activities to do and a lot fun.

So summarising it, don't expect too much as the hype about the game as it's not worth it.
